Winnipeg School Division, Christine Rhodes is the contact. They should be booked in there already for January 10 to 15th , 2009 inclusive. The 9th is their set up day from 9-4pm, will get exact time of set-up after Central Display schedules them.
Also, they will be in the space every day from 8am to 6pm, except Wednesday, the 14th, they will be there until 10pm.
On the Sunday, the 11th, they won’t be in the room, but will require the room to be secure.
